We’re a subscription-based graphic design service. For a flat monthly fee, you will benefit from a service that functions as your internal design team. We will work on all your graphic design requests, no questions asked.

How can I communicate with my designer?  

Your Designaphy dashboard is a central place for you and your team to communicate with your designer, manage your projects and revisions, and store all your files and documents.

What kind of design requests are included?  

From brochures, packaging and presentations, we've got all your design needs covered. Please view a comprehensive list of design projects allowed on respective plans.

How many revisions do I get?  

Unlike agencies and freelancers who cap the number of revision rounds, you can request as many revisions until you love our work. As soon as you approve a design, we get started on your next project.

Can I really make unlimited design requests?  

For a flat monthly fee, you can create as many design projects in your dashboard and queue them up according to priority. On the Starter plan, your designer will work on 1 active project at any given time. When you approve a design, your next project will be made active. On the Growth plan, your designer will work on 2 active projects at any given time.

On average, we complete 5-20 projects in a given month. This is dependent on the size, scope and complexity of your design requests as well as the total number of changes and revisions you require.

How many design projects can you get done in a month?  

On average, we complete 5-20 projects in a given month, but this is heavily dependent on the size, scope, and complexity of your projects as well as the total number of changes and revisions you request. To put this into context: A 1-page leaflet is quicker to lay out than a 50-page presentation.

Will your service lock me into a contract?  

There are no contracts or commitments to use our service. If you sign up for a monthly plan, you’ll be billed monthly. If you sign up for an annual plan, you’ll be billed annually. You can cancel at any time and return at any time. Our plans are designed to be flexible and accommodates businesses that may not have a consistent need for designs every single month.

How do I cancel my subscription?  

Simply log in to your dashboard to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately.

What is the quality of the designs I will receive from you?  

Our designers have agency backgrounds and have designed for the world’s most established brands, so you are guaranteed to receive professionally-designed collaterals. Our service model allows you to access professional designers at a fraction of a cost. This means that Designaphy was designed to be cost-effective, and this means that you will not be getting the same level of conceptual work that design agencies charge thousands of dollars for per project. You are able to get the best from our service when you submit detailed design briefs, supported with specific examples of your vision.

What are your turnaround times like?  

Depending on the complexity of your request, you will get your designs and revisions within 2-7 days. Larger, more complicated design requests or brands with complicated brand guidelines may add time to your design turnaround time. No request is created equal. You are free to discuss delivery dates with your designer when you open a request.

Which plan is best suited for me?  

We offer 3 plans to help cover businesses of all sizes and needs. Different plans service different work volumes, and some design requests are only available on specific plans. You may use this table to view and compare each plan. If still unsure, you may sign up for the Starter plan, which you can upgrade anytime. Alternatively, you can reach out to us anytime.

Can I use this service for my clients?  

Yes! If you’re on the Enterprise Plan, you are able to use your account to service your clients. Design agencies partner with us to scale their design capacity on demand, whilst advertising, PR, and business consulting agencies use us to provide their clients with professionally designed collateral. Simply create multiple Brand Profiles in your dashboard and you will be able to categorize and organize your design projects.
