Unlike agencies and freelancers who cap the number of revision rounds, you can request as many revisions until you love our work. As soon as you approve a design, we get started on your next project.
For a flat monthly fee, you can create as many design projects in your dashboard and queue them up according to priority. On the Starter plan, your designer will work on 1 active project at any given time. When you approve a design, your next project will be made active. On the Growth plan, your designer will work on 2 active projects at any given time.

On average, we complete 5-20 projects in a given month. This is dependent on the size, scope and complexity of your design requests as well as the total number of changes and revisions you require.

There are no contracts or commitments to use our service. If you sign up for a monthly plan, you’ll be billed monthly. If you sign up for an annual plan, you’ll be billed annually. You can cancel at any time and return at any time. Our plans are designed to be flexible and accommodates businesses that may not have a consistent need for designs every single month.
Simply log in to your dashboard to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately.
Our designers have agency backgrounds and have designed for the world’s most established brands, so you are guaranteed to receive professionally-designed collaterals. Our service model allows you to access professional designers at a fraction of a cost. This means that Designaphy was designed to be cost-effective, and this means that you will not be getting the same level of conceptual work that design agencies charge thousands of dollars for per project. You are able to get the best from our service when you submit detailed design briefs, supported with specific examples of your vision.
Depending on the complexity of your request, you will get your designs and revisions within 2-7 days. Larger, more complicated design requests or brands with complicated brand guidelines may add time to your design turnaround time. No request is created equal. You are free to discuss delivery dates with your designer when you open a request.
We offer 3 plans to help cover businesses of all sizes and needs. Different plans service different work volumes, and some design requests are only available on specific plans. Yes! If you’re on the Enterprise Plan, you are able to use your account to service your clients. Design agencies partner with us to scale their design capacity on demand, whilst advertising, PR, and business consulting agencies use us to provide their clients with professionally designed collateral. Simply create multiple Brand Profiles in your dashboard and you will be able to categorize and organize your design projects.
